GatePass was built because event planners deserved better than paper lists, manual headcounts, and gate crashes. We set out to build the infrastructure that makes every event entry seamless, secure, and professional.
Our Story
Built out of frustration. Grown through results.
GatePass was born after our founder watched a 400-guest corporate event descend into entry chaos - a 45-minute queue, gate crashers walking in confidently, and not a single record of who attended. The event was a success inside. The entrance was a disaster.
That experience made one thing clear: Nigerian event planners needed a professional entry operations service - not just an app, but a complete solution that combined technology with trained people on the ground.
GatePass launched in 2024 with a simple promise: every guest verified, every entry controlled, every planner at peace. By 2026, we have managed over 500 events and verified more than 50,000 guests - with zero gate crashes across every event we have run.
